Dione 'module avail' problem and reboot coming up

An update a few days ago introduced a problem with the 'module avail' command, note that other module commands should work.

Dione is also due for a reboot and it may be required to fix the problem with the module command.

In the mean time you can view loadable modules in any cluster:

ls -l /cvmfs/fgi.csc.fi/modules/el7/all/
